The service provider will need to provide a diagnosis of the issue & the costs to repair the item to ARMIS. Authorization from ARMIS is required before any repairs are performed. You will be responsible for the cost of the repair if it's not covered under your contract.
ARMIS will pay the service provider directly for covered and authorized repairs minus your deductible.

Anytime that you're in need of a repair in the home after the completion of the waiting period, you're welcome to file a claim.

This is paid to the service provider by you when they come out to diagnose the problem.
