Steps To Help You File a Claim

The following is information about your coverage and a step-by-step guide for filing a claim. Please note that your Claims Administrator is ARMIS and you may contact them directly at 1-855-275-2875. No claims will be paid without prior authorization from ARMIS.

Prevent Further Damage
As soon as safely possible, stop use of the system/appliance in the home to avoid any further damage.

File A Claim
Call 1-855-275-2875 or report a claim online 24/7 (have your contract # available).
- Step 4
The service provider will need to provide a diagnosis of the issue and the costs to repair the system or appliance to ARMIS. Authorization from ARMIS is required before any repairs are performed. You will be responsible for the cost of the repair if it's not covered under your contract.
