I called HomeSafe about my oven. I needed someone to come and put a new bulb in. The said they didn't cover that but they could give me somebody's number that covered it. I like having HomeSafe because if something goes wrong, they're there. Three months after I got it, I had a leak in my pipe. I called the number out of the book and waited for the person to answer, which was very a short time. I spoke to the person and they told me the best route to go. I had a person come in the house. But I was planning on me doing my pipes so I canceled that claim. When I canceled the claim, they were very understanding.
